Our flagship initiative, GATI SHIKSHA, is designed to operationalize the vision of NEP 2020 and NCF 2023 through scalable, field-tested solutions that address key gaps in infrastructure, pedagogy, and exposure to future skills. Built on a 5-pillar service framework, GATI SHIKSHA offers: STEM Innovation Workshops across a diverse range of verticals including Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Coding, Aeromodelling, SpaceTech, AgriTech, and other future-relevant domains. These workshops provide students with hands-on, project-based learning experiences that build curiosity, creativity, and real-world skills. School Digitalization Services, focused on holistic academic transformation. This includes deploying AI-based platforms like GatiShala for tracking student growth, enabling digital lesson planning, managing academic workflows, and integrating communication tools. Institutional websites and social media presence are developed as part of a broader school visibility and modernization effort. STEM Lab and Digital Infrastructure Setup, facilitating the creation of Digital Libraries, Open Science Parks, and Future Skills Labs, especially in under-resourced schools. These spaces are designed to promote interdisciplinary learning, scientific temperament, and hands-on experimentation. Teacher Capacity Development, focusing on NEP-integrated pedagogy, classroom innovation, and digital enablement — scheduled for rollout in Quarter 3 of the current academic year. NEP and NCF Implementation Support, offering structured execution plans, policy alignment audits, and on-ground support to schools and district authorities. GATI SHIKSHA has already been deployed in government schools, Kendriya Vidyalayas, and PM SHRI schools through active collaboration with district administrations and academic institutions. We have directly engaged 3,000+ students across multiple districts and continue to expand through CSR partnerships and institutional outreach. Our revenue model is a hybrid of government project execution, CSR-backed implementation, and direct B2B school partnerships.
