ReArc Technologies is a green-tech startup pioneering advanced battery solutions that align with India's sustainable energy and clean mobility goals. Our focus lies in developing next-generation, scalable, and recyclable battery technologies tailored for electric vehicles and energy-intensive applications. We are currently innovating on two core fronts: Hollow Cylindrical Lithium-Ion Cell – A first-of-its-kind design that features an internal fluid-based thermal management system using silicone oil. This allows rapid heat dissipation, supports high discharge rates (up to 20C), extends battery cycle life, and improves safety. Its modular structure enables flexible energy configurations and efficient manufacturing for e-mobility and grid storage. Recyclable Aluminium-Air Battery – Designed for long-range, heavy-duty transportation needs such as commercial EVs and logistics, it offers a non-rechargeable but replaceable system with high energy density. It is built from abundant, recyclable materials, drastically reducing environmental impact and lowering lifecycle costs. Our business model includes IP licensing, battery sales (B2B), OEM partnerships, and mobility solutions via our upcoming self-balancing electric bike platform. With patent filings underway and partnerships for pilot-scale production in place, ReArc aims to contribute to India’s energy independence and decarbonization through clean, local, and scalable battery innovation.
