We also cater to the growing segment of decorative and interior lighting, offering designer LED strips, ambient lighting, RGB smart bulbs, and festival lighting that are both visually appealing and efficient. Our go-to-market strategy includes both B2B and B2C channels. For B2C, we distribute through e-commerce platforms, local retailers, and direct sales. We also plan to establish service and support networks to ensure customer satisfaction post-purchase. Importantly, our pricing strategy is designed to ensure affordable access in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, where high-quality smart lighting is still limited.
