Our business focuses on building a foundational learning ecosystem for early childhood education (ages 2–7) by combining trusted offline learning tools with scalable digital technology. We design and publish NEP-aligned preschool books for Nursery, LKG, and UKG, which are currently used by schools and learning centres across 20+ states in India. These books provide structured, activity-based learning and serve as the first touchpoint for schools and parents. Building on this offline traction, we are developing ToBo, an AI-powered digital learning platform that delivers personalized, age-appropriate learning experiences across key domains such as literacy, numeracy, cognitive skills, socio-emotional development, and motor skills. The platform is designed to transform learning from passive screen time into interactive, outcome-driven engagement. Our model follows a hybrid approach: Offline books create trust, accessibility, and adoption at the grassroots level. Digital technology (web and mobile app) enables personalization, scalability, and continuous learning beyond classrooms. The business generates revenue through book sales, digital subscriptions, and school partnerships, with a clear shift toward recurring, technology-driven revenue as the platform scales. Aligned with NEP 2020 and the NIPUN Bharat Mission, our concept aims to make high-quality foundational learning affordable, measurable, and accessible to children across diverse socio-economic backgrounds in India.
