InRemit is a next-generation fintech platform focused on democratizing access to essential financial services across India, particularly in underserved and unbanked regions. Our mission is to transform local retail shops and small businesses into digital banking touchpoints by equipping them with state-of-the-art Android-based POS machines and a comprehensive financial services platform.
At the heart of InRemit is a robust suite of services including Aadhaar Enabled Payment System (AEPS), Domestic Money Transfer (DMT), Recharge and Bill Payments (BBPS), UPI Collection, Micro ATM services, and Card Payments. These services are delivered via an intuitive retailer app and smart POS devices, enabling users to withdraw cash, send money, and make payments easily, even without a traditional bank branch nearby.
Our business model is multi-layered and scalable. We earn revenue through service-based commissions on each transaction, sale and rental of POS devices, white-label API integrations for other fintech aggregators, and onboarding fees from franchises and partners. We further plan to integrate micro-loans, insurance, and credit scoring APIs in collaboration with NBFCs and financial institutions, thus enabling our users to access credit and protection at the last mile.
