We are building India’s first homegrown Large Language Model (LLM) and Small Language Model (SLM) from scratch, designed to excel in three key areas regional dialects, coding, and general-purpose AI applications. Our vision is to create an AI foundation that understands and communicates naturally in India’s diverse linguistic landscape while delivering world-class performance in technical and creative domains.
Our current prototype, with ~21 million parameters, is the first step toward scaling into larger, more capable models. What sets our approach apart is the integration of agentic capabilities, enabling the model to not only generate content but also autonomously plan, reason, and execute multi-step tasks transforming it from a passive assistant into an active problem-solver.
Apart from building our own LLM, we will also offer custom AI solutions and develop AI-powered innovative software and web applications tailored to client needs. This includes building intelligent automation systems, AI-integrated enterprise tools, and specialized applications for sectors like education, healthcare, data analytics, and customer engagement.
We will commercialize through APIs, developer tools, and domain-specific AI agents, serving enterprises, government bodies, startups, and individual innovators. By combining local language mastery, advanced reasoning, and scalable AI solutions, we aim to position India as a leader in the global AI race creating technology that is both culturally aware and globally competitive.
