Avuina Codo Pvt. Ltd. is an innovation-driven technology company focused on building AI-first software, cloud-hosted platforms, and IT-enabled services including BPO/KPO, data processing, and managed support. We help MSMEs and enterprises deploy modular digital solutions, interoperable APIs, and AI/ML-powered decision-support systems to automate operations, reduce costs, and deliver superior customer experiences.
A cornerstone of this initiative is Swarojgar AI College, an industry-aligned skilling and training academy created to prepare local youth and professionals for the future of work. The college offers hands-on learning in Artificial Intelligence, Data Engineering, Cloud Computing, and immersive technologies such as AR/VR and Web 3.0–5.0. Graduates are directly placed into Avuina’s client projects or encouraged to launch entrepreneurial ventures, creating a cycle of talent generation, employment, and innovation adoption.
With grant support, we aim to (1) train 1,200 beneficiaries within 12 months, (2) create 600 direct placements and entrepreneurship opportunities, (3) establish affordable AI/Cloud labs and apprenticeship pipelines, and (4) track outcomes through transparent impact dashboards.
Our model is sustainable through blended revenues from training programs, project deliverables, and managed-service retainers. Avuina Codo’s long-term vision is to scale India-built, globally-ready AI solutions that accelerate both digital adoption and employment generation.
