Second hand mobile phone is completely unorganized and most of these phones end up in land fills without proper recycling. We at Recom retail are developing a process to manage life cycle of Second hand phones in such a way that it will increase life span of these phones. It will not only save money for low income group customers but also impact environment in a positive way. 80 percent of this market is still unorganized and driven by small retailer based at T3 and T4 retailers. We are developing a platform through which retailers will enable sourcing from end customer using our proprietary quality check and pricing tool. At our refurbishment center we do repair of phones at chip level (L4). We are offering 6 months warranty on refurbished products. It helps customer in buying refurbished phones with peace of mind. We are in process of launching our franchise network in T3 and T4 cities to serve end customers with quality refurb products. In the financial year 2025 (10 months of operation) we have clocked revenue of INR 8cr with positive EBITDA. Our business model has shown initial traction and now we are looking to build on this early momentum.
