Business Concept – Safartak Safartak is a tech-first regional mobility and hospitality platform designed specifically for Tier 2 and Tier 3 India, where traditional and digital travel infrastructure is broken, scattered, or nonexistent. The idea was born out of firsthand experience with the disorganized, unsafe, and unreliable travel options across smaller Indian towns — and the lack of discoverable, affordable accommodations that travelers can trust. We are currently in the validation and pre-MVP stage, focusing on understanding user pain points, testing regional demand, and building strong partnerships with local operators and stay providers. Safartak’s core concept is to act as a super app for Bharat’s travel needs, starting with three pillars: Intercity Shared Travel: App-based, fixed-schedule shared rides using 7-seater vehicles, offering a better alternative to buses or unregulated taxis. Intracity EV Rides: Safe, reliable, and affordable electric vehicles catering to city travel within places like Varanasi, Prayagraj, and Lucknow. Hyperlocal Stay Aggregation: Digitizing local hotels, guest houses, and dharamshalas, and offering them at low commissions with real-time booking support. Unlike metro-focused platforms, Safartak is purpose-built for “Bharat” — a massive underserved population looking for affordable, safe, and dignified mobility and lodging experiences. We’re currently engaging users and partners to validate assumptions, build our tech MVP, and prepare for go-to-market. With deep regional insight, a scalable model, and real grassroots demand, Safartak is on a mission to redefine how Bharat travels and stays.
