While the products are globally inspired, all packaging, branding, quality checks, warehousing, content creation, marketing, and order fulfillment are done locally—thus directly supporting Indian labor, especially women and youth in Tier 2/3 cities. By blending global design trends with local employment, we are creating a sustainable D2C brand that not only meets the aspirational needs of Indian consumers but also fosters employment in the fields of product handling, warehousing, customer service, digital marketing, photography, and logistics. As part of our expansion plan, we aim to set up local sourcing hubs and value-addition centers, training local talent and building a supply chain that generates meaningful employment and supports India’s growing digital and consumer economy.
