Ltd. has developed PaperPro, a patented, paper-based rapid milk testing kit that detects harmful adulterants such as urea, starch, detergent, hydrogen peroxide, and neutralizers—all within one minute, without any need for laboratory setup or technical expertise. Our solution stands out as a frugal, scalable, and user-friendly technology innovation that empowers stakeholders across the dairy value chain—from household consumers and sweet shops to cooperatives and state dairy federations. While conventional lab-based tests are costly (?200–600 per test) and time-consuming (48–72 hours), PaperPro provides real-time, on-the-spot results for less than ?20 per sample. PaperPro is already being implemented by several government milk federations including Uttar Pradesh Milk Federation (Parag), Haryana Dairy Development Cooperative Federation (Vita), Punjab State Cooperative Milk Producers’ Federation (Verka), and Uttarakhand Cooperative Dairy Federation (Aanchal). These partnerships are helping to establish a transparent and accountable milk supply chain, especially in rural and semi-urban regions. By enabling instant validation of milk quality, PaperPro ensures better price realization for farmers, protects consumers from health hazards, and strengthens the overall integrity of the dairy sector—aligning with national goals for food safety, export readiness, and public health improvement.
