Rajlaxmi Rao Chandel Srijan Pvt. Ltd. is a women-led startup with a vision to modernize and globalize India’s spice trade through an asset-light, export-led model. Our core focus is on the procurement, processing, packaging, and international export of high-demand Indian spices such as black pepper, cumin, cardamom, cloves, and dry red chillies. The company sources raw spices directly from farmer groups, FPOs, and SHGs, ensuring traceability and fair-trade practices. We utilize semi-automated packaging systems that comply with FSSAI, APEDA, and international hygiene standards, enhancing shelf-life and retaining the aromatic and medicinal qualities of the spices. Our innovation lies not only in the product quality but also in digitally integrated logistics and procurement workflows. Through vendor-managed inventory, real-time quality control, and traceable packaging, we eliminate middlemen, reduce wastage, and bring efficiency to the export chain. We have already received IEC, Udyam, and GeM registrations, and aim to establish market linkages in the UAE, Singapore, and Gulf regions, leveraging platforms like Amazon Global and trade exhibitions. A strong emphasis is also placed on brand building through eco-friendly, export-grade packaging, and strategic pricing. Our scalable model aligns with the Make in India and One District One Product (ODOP) missions, empowering rural producers while positioning India as a leader in the global spice economy.
