With a keen focus on sectors with high discretionary energy spend Coliving, QSR and retil to be specific, we build out solutions that enhance energy utilisation, improve bill collection and increase operational oversight. We have developed our IoT tech from the ground up which has allowed us to demonstrate energy savings of over 12 percent enhanced bill collection efficiency by 20 percent. Value proposition 1. For Colivings , The energy bill collection mechanism which was previously postpaid becomes prepaid. Ensuring no bad debts or payment delays for the property owner. It also allows for seamless adjustment of fixed charges and common area bill. 2. For QSRs, Their throughput per store and customer experience is linked to the functioning of their appliances. Our solutions are able to provide predictive maintenance of their HVAC, Cooking and refrigeration assets. 3. For Retail stores, We are able to generate savings on Lighting and HVAC expenditure as well as help with monitoring store experience in terms of temp, AQI and Humidity We have deployed different forms of IoT offerings across 15000 properties in our lifetime with brands like Taj hotels, Stanza living and Jubilant foodworks to name a few and hope to save over 12 Crores worth of electricity in 2025.
