Our startup is building an AI-powered voice automation platform that helps businesses manage customer calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and service requests without needing large support teams. Most small and medium businesses struggle to respond to every lead or customer on time, which results in loss of sales and poor customer experience. We solve this problem by offering a smart AI voice assistant that can talk naturally with customers, understand their needs, answer questions, book appointments, collect information, and send summaries to the business owner instantly. The platform works for multiple industries such as real estate, coaching institutes, BPOs, clinics, home services, e-commerce sellers, and local businesses. It reduces missed calls, improves customer engagement, and helps businesses operate more efficiently. Users get a simple dashboard where they can see call summaries, leads, customer intent, and performance insights. Our solution is affordable, easy to adopt, and designed especially for Indian MSMEs. The Proof of concept has already been tested with sample use-cases, and we are preparing for prototype deployment with early users. With StartInUP support, we will complete the full prototype, run pilot programs, and make the platform ready for market launch.
