Docso is building India’s first complete healthcare ecosystem that connects hospitals, doctors, pharmacies, and diagnostic labs—both government and private—on a single digital platform. The goal is to simplify how people access and manage healthcare in the real world. In India, most patients still depend on offline visits, manual bookings, and word-of-mouth references to see doctors or get tests done. There is no organised system for booking confirmed offline appointments, comparing hospital options, or linking prescriptions directly to nearby pharmacies and labs. Docso solves this gap by creating a single platform that covers the entire outpatient journey — from booking a confirmed doctor’s appointment to ordering prescribed medicines and scheduling diagnostic tests. Through Docso, users can compare hospitals, book appointments even in other cities for their family members, and receive test reports digitally. For healthcare providers, it brings better visibility, more patients, and operational efficiency. Currently being piloted in Jhansi and one more city, Docso has onboarded over 90 plus hospitals, 70 plus pharmacies, and 20 plus diagnostic centers across Jhansi. With strong partnerships and an Memorandum of Understanding signed with the Government of Uttar Pradesh, Docso is set to expand this organised healthcare model across India.
