HomiesTrans Pvt Ltd is an integrated residential and home-services platform that makes city living simple, affordable, and trustworthy. We provide four essential services on a single digital platform: verified room rentals, reliable packers & movers, household articles on rent, and on-demand cooking & cleaning services. Unlike traditional models that charge customers hidden subscription fees or rely on unorganized networks, HomiesTrans follows a unique commission-based approach. We charge only a small fee – 10% on rented rooms, 5% on household articles, and 2% on property sales – ensuring transparency and affordability for users. What makes our model innovative is that we share 10% of company profits with our cooking and cleaning staff. This creates not only a sustainable livelihood for them but also higher motivation and trust among service providers, resulting in better customer satisfaction. The problem we solve is significant: in urban areas, people struggle with unverified brokers, unreliable movers, expensive rentals, and lack of trustworthy domestic help. HomiesTrans bridges this gap by offering verified listings, digital booking, fair pricing, and end-to-end support on one platform. Currently, we are operating in Delhi NCR (Noida, Delhi, Gurgaon) and plan to expand to major cities in Uttar Pradesh such as Lucknow and Ghaziabad. With recognition under DPIIT (DIPP177795) and selection in the Wadhwani Foundation cohort, HomiesTrans is building a strong foundation for scale.
