Golgappa King (GGK) is building India’s first EV-powered QSR infrastructure platform designed to formalize the country’s fragmented street-food economy. India has over 25 million unorganized street-food vendors who operate with low hygiene, inconsistent quality, no financial stability, and minimal access to modern tools. GGK solves this through a full-stack model that combines product manufacturing, EV hardware, last-mile cold chain, and AI-enabled retail systems. We manufacture high-quality, standardized food products (like pani puri shells, masalas, chaats and accompaniments) in a controlled facility and distribute them through an EV-based micro-franchise model. Each EV cart functions as a compliant, hygienic, high-throughput mini-QSR outlet capable of serving multiple street-food SKUs with consistency. GGK provides the hardware, software, brand, training, raw materials, and daily quality protocols, while youth operators run the carts and earn 30–35% monthly commissions. Our business model ensures unit-level profitability from day one through hardware margins, recurring food supply revenue, and data-driven route optimization. Through state government schemes like CM-YUVA, operators can access zero-interest financing, enabling dignified self-employment and stable monthly income. GGK’s innovation lies in combining EV infrastructure, food processing, AI-powered POS, and micro-franchising into one vertically integrated system. This creates a defensible moat built on distribution, supply chain efficiency, and standardized quality.
