Traditional e-commerce takes 3–5 days to deliver, while malls and offline stores demand time and effort. At the same time, local fashion retailers struggle to access online customers, resulting in lost opportunities. Slazzy solves this gap by combining the speed of quick commerce with the assurance of offline shopping. Through our mobile app, customers can browse curated fashion from nearby partner stores, place an order, and receive their outfit at the doorstep within 60 minutes. Our unique Try Before You Buy feature lets users try on outfits first and pay only if satisfied, while also offering a flexible 7-day return/exchange policy. Unlike players like Myntra or niche startups like Slikk, Slazzy operates on a marketplace model without holding inventory, while actively promoting local brands and stores. We take a commission of 20–30% from vendors, along with a small Try Before You Buy fee, ensuring a sustainable margin structure. We are launching in Lucknow as our pilot market, leveraging dense vendor clusters and affordable customer acquisition costs. Our long-term vision is to scale across Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities, making Slazzy the go-to platform for India’s Gen Z fashion needs.
