Our enterprise billing has 3 key layers: Subscription Fee (SaaS License): Every enterprise pays a fixed monthly or annual subscription to access the RaySuite Marketing OS. This covers our core AI agents—Sherlock (market intelligence), Picasso (ad creation & publishing), Eagle (analytics), and Eye (compliance). The subscription ensures predictable ARR while giving enterprises a single, unified platform instead of juggling multiple fragmented tools. Managed Service Fee: Many enterprises prefer a hands-on partner to execute campaigns, optimize creatives, or handle operational tasks. For them, we offer managed services with dedicated support. This fee is outcome-driven, tied to clear SLAs and measurable KPIs such as ROAS improvement, customer acquisition cost reduction, and faster go-to-market. It ensures brands not only use the product but also achieve business results. Ad Spend Fee (Usage-Based): We charge a percentage of the ad spend routed through RaySuite. This directly aligns our incentives with the client’s performance. The more they scale campaigns profitably, the more we grow together. This three-tier billing structure creates balance: steady recurring revenue from subscriptions, service income from managed accounts, and scalable upside from ad spend. It is predictable for enterprises, profitable for us, and fair because it rewards performance.
