NutriLeafz is a women-led agri-tech company building India’s first AI-enabled hydroponic farm network to deliver clean, traceable, pesticide-free vegetables at scale. Our business model focuses on transforming underutilized or loss-making polyhouses into high-performing, technology-driven farms through a process-innovation approach. We upgrade these farms with IoT sensors, automated fertigation systems, drone-based crop monitoring, and our proprietary EC and climate predictor, which ensures precise nutrient delivery and stable yields throughout the growing cycle. By standardizing operations across multiple farms using real-time data and predictive agronomy, NutriLeafz overcomes the biggest challenges faced by small and mid-sized growers—lack of expertise, inconsistent quality, and poor market access. Our output is premium-grade produce such as bell peppers, cucumbers, lettuce, and microgreens, grown with 90% less water and zero harmful chemicals. We operate a direct farm-to-market supply chain, delivering fresh produce to institutional buyers like Zomato Hyperpure, Reliance Fresh, HoReCa partners, and retail vendors. This ensures better margins, minimized wastage, and predictable off-take. NutriLeafz aims to scale this model into a multi-acre cluster of standardized hydroponic farms, creating a sustainable, climate-smart food production ecosystem that supports farmer incomes, enhances food safety, and meets India’s fast-growing demand for clean, high-quality vegetables.
