GlidoAI is a Unified ORM & social engagement platform that brings comments, DMs and reviews from Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube and Google into a single queue and replies with safe, brand-trained AI and manual. The UI is ready; this application seeks incubation support to complete the prototype: (1) a privacy-safe pull engine for multi-platform ingestion via webhooks/event bridges, (2) Hindi/vernacular intent–sentiment models tuned for Indian code-mix, and (3) an explainable reply engine with human-in-the-loop, escalation, and TAT/SLA orchestration. Innovation: an India-first lightweight NLP stack, resilient ingestion for API limits/outages, and verifiable, auditable responses for regulated brands. Target users are MSMEs and institutes that currently lose leads due to slow responses. Validation will run with pilots in UP (automotive dealer, coaching institute, F&B) on KPIs: first-response-time, resolution rate, CSAT and lead conversion. Commercial model: not open self-serve SaaS; we sign monthly/quarterly/yearly contracts with SLAs, onboarding, and support. Pricing bands are tied to message volume, channels, and response-time SLAs. Incubation support will fund the pull-engine build, vernacular model training/labeling, and pilot execution. We plan a provisional IP filing around our retrieval+policy layer and code-mix classifiers, leading to a production-ready validation within 3–4 months
