Our startup is developing an Active Cooling Water Bottle, an innovative portable device designed to provide instant temperature control for drinking water. In hot climate regions like India, people often struggle to access cold drinking water while traveling, studying, commuting, or working outdoors. Traditional bottles only insulate water and maintain its temperature for a limited time, but they cannot actively cool or heat water when required. This creates a clear need for a portable solution that can provide comfortable drinking water anytime and anywhere. The proposed product uses thermoelectric cooling technology (Peltier module) integrated with a rechargeable battery system to actively cool water on demand. In addition to cooling, the system can also heat water, enabling dual temperature control within a compact and user-friendly bottle design. This allows users to instantly adjust the water temperature according to their needs without relying on refrigerators, ice, or external heating sources. Our initial focus is on developing and testing 3–4 functional MVP prototypes to validate performance, safety, and user experience. These prototypes will be tested with early adopters to gather feedback and confirm product-market fit. The target users include students, travelers, fitness enthusiasts, and professionals who require convenient access to temperature-controlled drinking water. By combining portable hardware innovation with practical everyday usability, our startup aims to introduce a new category of smart hydration products in the consumer technology market and address a widespread need in hot climate regions.
