We are collaborating with regional development organizations like as the Bundelkhand Development Authority, where skilled labor is still a vital resource despite the emergence of new sectors. Our unique model combines training + certification + recruitment + deployment to ensure that every individual we train finds meaningful employment in the right industry segment. Healthcare Sector: Preparing youth for roles such as lab assistants, nursing aides, and OT technicians. Mechanical & Technical Sector: Providing skill training in automobile repair (car, bike, truck) and other trades. Women Empowerment: Offering digital and office-based training such as accounting, tally, design, and web solutions to ensure women’s participation in the workforce. Security Services: Recruiting, training, and deploying security guards and bouncers to corporates, residential, and industrial setups. Currently focused on Uttar Pradesh, we are poised to expand our operations across PAN India, creating a strong ecosystem of skilled manpower that matches the growing demand from industries, SMEs, and corporates.
