How It Works:

• Tree Survival Tracking: Using TreeTracker mobile app to capture geo-tagged tree photos, GPS location, date/time stamps, and alive/dead status with repeated tracking over time
• Scientific Tree Inventory: Using Open Foris Collect to record species (botanical name), height, DBH/stem girth, plot ID, GPS coordinates, and supporting photographs
• Environmental Compliance: Digital ISO-14001 aligned checklists covering waste handling, water usage, chemical storage, dust and noise control, housekeeping, and PPE/safety
• ESG Resource Monitoring: Tracking diesel consumption, electricity usage, and water consumption at project level
2. Data Consolidation & Storage:
• All data flows into structured databases (Zoho DB/Google Sheets)
• Photos and documents stored in secure cloud storage (Google Drive/Zoho WorkDrive)
• Every record maintains complete audit trail with timestamp, geo-coordinates, and user ID
