ADONST is building a structured and scalable storefront media network by transforming everyday retail shops into organized outdoor advertising assets. Across India, millions of neighborhood stores are located in high-footfall residential and commercial areas, yet their storefront space remains underutilized from a media perspective. At the same time, traditional outdoor advertising formats such as billboards and hoardings are expensive, inflexible, and often inaccessible to emerging brands and MSMEs. ADONST bridges this gap by partnering with retailers to install standardized display panels on shop exteriors, creating a hyperlocal, multi-location advertising network. These panels are centrally managed through a cloud-based Content Management System (CMS), enabling brands to update creatives remotely, schedule campaigns, and execute targeted visibility strategies across selected neighborhoods or cities. This structured approach brings transparency, flexibility, and operational efficiency to hyperlocal outdoor advertising. Our model is asset-light and built on a revenue-sharing partnership with retailers, allowing them to generate additional income from unused facade space while maintaining store aesthetics and compliance standards. For brands, the platform provides cost-effective, high-frequency local visibility in areas where their customers actually live and shop. By organizing fragmented retail frontage into a coordinated media grid, ADONST aims to build a scalable retail advertising infrastructure across Tier 1, 2, and 3 cities.
