Niveshala Edutech LLP is a technology-enabled financial literacy and investor awareness platform designed to improve financial decision-making among students, young professionals, and households by providing structured personal finance education and connecting them with verified financial intermediaries such as Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) and Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs). Despite rapid expansion of India’s investment ecosystem, financial literacy remains low—especially across Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities of Uttar Pradesh. There is currently no structured platform that combines investor awareness, regulatory education, cybersecurity risk awareness, and discovery of trusted intermediaries in a single ecosystem. Niveshala addresses this gap through a hybrid delivery model integrating seminars, institutional workshops, certification-linked training programs, and a proposed digital Investor Readiness Platform. Niveshala aims to become Uttar Pradesh’s leading technology-enabled investor awareness and financial capability development platform supporting students, first-time investors, and emerging households in making informed financial decisions. With experience of delivering 2000+ investor awareness programs across 250+ cities, including sessions for SEBI, RBI DEP initiatives, AMCs, banks, and financial institutions, Niveshala already operates with strong institutional credibility. The incubation support from AKTU will enable development of a scalable LMS-based Investor Readiness Scorecard platform and rollout across 25+ technical institutions in Uttar Pradesh in the first phase
