CAV Global Private Limited is envisioned as an export-oriented, health-first food company focused on transforming Indian agricultural strength into premium global snack products. Our concept is built around the manufacture and export of clean-label, nutritious, roasted, baked, and air-popped snacks made from Indian Superfoods such as millets, pulses, seeds, and foxnuts (makhana). We positions ourselves not merely as another snack brand, but as a value-added agribusiness platform that combines food innovation, farmer-linked sourcing, export readiness, and wellness-led branding. Traditional snack categories continue to be dominated by fried, high-oil, high-salt products, while many so-called healthy snacks still contain artificial additives and lack transparency. Against this backdrop, CAV Global seeks to address a growing gap in the market by offering short-ingredient-list, clean-label alternatives aligned with the preferences of health-conscious consumers in India and overseas. Our export-first approach is particularly significant, with targeted focus on the UAE, EU, USA, Asia, and Africa, supported by country-specific compliance, labeling, and distributor partnerships. CAV Global aims to ensure better traceability, raw material consistency, fair value realisation, and Rural livelihood generation. This creates a compelling commercial narrative that we are not only building a consumer-facing healthy snack business, but also participating in sustainable agriculture and value addition at source. This farmer-linked model, when combined with food safety compliance under FSSAI, ISO, and HACCP-oriented standards, gives us a strong foundation for credibility in international markets. Primary revenue is expected from export distributor sales, modern trade sales, and private-label manufacturing, while future growth channels include domestic retail expansion, e-commerce/D2C, and bulk ingredient exports. The grant support is proposed for product R&D and testing, certifications, branding and packaging, market access, and farmer/FPO integration systems.
