The solution is powered by a digital platform offering seamless booking, QR-based contactless check-in/check-out, and dynamic pricing based on demand. Our lounges feature standardized, modular infrastructure, including capsule-style PODs, recliners, and couches, ensuring privacy, comfort, and efficient space utilization. By adopting an asset-light, franchise and partnership-led model, we convert underutilized spaces into high-performing micro-hospitality units, enabling rapid and cost-effective expansion through a hub-and-spoke approach. As the business scales, revenue is expanded through Annual Membership/subscription fees model for frequent travelers, corporates, franchise fees, revenue-sharing agreements, third party tie-ups (Banks) and platform service charges, creating a diversified and scalable income model.
