AITRANSMUTE Solutions Private Limited is a technology company focused on the application of Artificial Intelligence and advanced analytics to maritime and industrial operations, including ports, shipping, shipbuilding, and allied infrastructure sectors. The company develops Next-Gen decision-support, optimization, and reporting systems designed around real-world operational constraints and regulatory environments. AITRANSMUTE is also the AI development partner for MAITRI, a strategic digital platform being developed under the India–Middle East–Europe Economic Corridor (IMEEC) initiative, supporting intelligent data processing and analytics for large-scale trade and logistics ecosystems.
In collaboration with Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority under the Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways (MoPSW), AITRANSMUTE has developed the Tug and Pilot Allocation System (TAPAS), an AI-enabled platform for marine resource planning; system development has been completed and deployment is currently in progress. The company has also developed SPARSH (Smart Port Analytics and Reporting Solution Hub) in collaboration with Paradip Port Authority and MoPSW, a unified analytics and reporting platform for port operations, which was also showcased at the MoPSW IT Workshop 2025 and subsequently featured across national and industry media platforms.
AITRANSMUTE is led by a multidisciplinary core team comprising professionals with expertise in marine operations, port and shipyard processes, systems engineering, and artificial intelligence. The founder and core leadership team collectively hold 7+ AI-related product patents and have previously led the development and scale-up of enterprise AI products contributing to over USD 300 million in cumulative revenues in prior professional roles. Team members bring academic and professional credentials from leading national institutions, including the IIT ecosystem and reputed engineering and management institutions, enabling the translation of complex shipbuilding and production workflows into structured, auditable, and implementable AI systems suitable for public-sector adoption.
The company’s work has received national recognition, including being awarded Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year – First Runner-Up at the Maritime Excellence Achievers Awards 2025 during India Maritime Week. AITRANSMUTE is also a winner of MAR-A-thon (India’s first maritime hackathon) and the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting (MIB) Hackathon, reflecting validation through competitive, government-backed evaluation frameworks.
