MilkJatt Private Limited is an agri-tech platform focused on digitizing the unorganized last-mile milk delivery ecosystem in India. Despite being the world’s largest milk producer, most households still rely either on packaged milk with preservatives and plastic waste or on informal local milkmen with no transparency, quality assurance, or digital systems. At the same time, dairy farmers struggle with limited customer reach and lack of digital visibility. MilkJatt solves this by building a hyperlocal, technology-driven platform that directly connects verified dairy farmers and local milk vendors with households. Through our mobile applications, customers can discover nearby partners, manage subscriptions, track deliveries, and make digital payments, while vendors can efficiently manage their daily operations and customer base. To build trust, MilkJatt ensures farmer verification, conducts weekly milk quality testing using DRDO-approved kits, and provides a transparent rating system that enables customers to choose reliable vendors. The platform is currently live in Kanpur and Lucknow, where we have onboarded 100+ dairy partners, achieved 2000+ app downloads, and are serving 50+ paying subscribers, generating over ₹1 lakh in monthly GMV. MilkJatt aims to expand across more cities by building a reliable, transparent, and technology-enabled milk distribution network.
