Vortex Autonomous Systems Private Limited is a DPIIT-recognised deep-tech aerospace startup focused on designing and developing autonomous UAV systems for defence, agriculture, logistics, surveillance, and industrial applications. The company is building a portfolio of mission-ready indigenous drone platforms supported by an integrated autonomy and cloud ecosystem. Our current platforms include Sentinel for tactical ISR and surveillance, Ranger for compact reconnaissance operations, Atlas for heavy-lift logistics and payload delivery, and Atlas AG for precision agriculture and crop monitoring. In parallel, we are also developing long-range VTOL logistics platforms for remote supply and emergency delivery operations. The core business concept is to create an end-to-end drone ecosystem where hardware, autonomy software, mission planning, telemetry, analytics, and fleet management work together seamlessly. Through the Vortex Delta platform, we aim to provide autonomous flight control, real-time monitoring, mission planning, geo-tagging, cloud analytics, and future swarm capabilities under a single integrated architecture. This enables customers to deploy scalable drone operations with reduced manpower, faster response times, and improved operational efficiency. Our target sectors include defence and border surveillance, disaster response, precision agriculture, infrastructure inspection, industrial monitoring, and remote logistics. Vortex operates on a layered business model combining UAV platform sales, recurring software licensing, cloud services, AMC support, and mission-specific customisation. The company has already achieved recognition through national-level hackathons and drone competitions and is currently focused on prototype refinement, pilot deployments, and commercial scale-up.
