Armored vehicle crews operate under severe structural constraints, trapped inside heavily protected hulls where armor layouts, tiny bulletproof windows, and massive physical blind spots cripple their outer vision. During high-stakes tactical deployments, this forced blindness severely delays threat detection, spikes accident rates during close-quarter maneuvering, and dramatically lowers overall mission effectiveness. The crisis intensifies exponentially during night operations, heavy dust storms, dense smoke, or fog, which completely paralyze standard driver vision and leave the vehicle highly vulnerable to ambushes. To solve this critical defense vulnerability, our startup introduces Kaalstrike 360°, an integrated, vehicle-mounted situational awareness and driver assistance platform engineered specifically for Protected Mobility Vehicles (PMVs). Our business concept focuses on a sophisticated "COTS-to-Combat" innovation model. We procure high-performance commercial off-the-shelf components—specifically minimum 2K high-resolution optical cameras and advanced thermal imaging cores—and completely re-engineer them through custom hardware-software integration into a unified battlefield asset. The core of our product lies in proprietary, low-latency edge-AI algorithms designed to run entirely on-vehicle without relying on external cloud networks. This software system dynamically fuses separate multi-sensor optical data and thermal streams into a single, seamless, high-definition $360^\circ$ panoramic view with zero blind spots around the entire vehicle hull. Operating flawlessly down to extreme low-light levels of 0.01 lux and providing sharp thermal target detection up to a minimum range of 300 meters, the onboard AI automatically identifies, tracks, and alerts crews to incoming threats, hidden obstacles, personnel, and opposing vehicles. To survive actual combat environments, the electronics are housed within a custom-fabricated, shock-isolated mechanical periscope shell that easily retrofits onto existing military hulls. Our business model capitalizes on direct B2G hardware sales, retrofit installation pipelines, and long-term annual maintenance contracts (AMCs). By offering modular, plug-and-play upgrade kits, we provide the Indian Army, paramilitary forces (CAPFs), and global defense OEMs an incredibly cost-effective framework to digitize and protect legacy armored fleets, ensuring maximum crew survivability and operational dominance.
