As pet parenting is growing rapidly in urban cities, we realized that most pet care options available were still unorganized, inconsistent, and lacked trust, trained staff, hygiene standards, and transparency. At Woofs-n-Wags, we are building standardized and tech-enabled pet care centers that offer boarding, daycare, grooming, training, and pet engagement services under one brand. Our focus is on creating a dependable and comfortable experience for both pets and pet parents through trained teams, SOP-driven operations, and real-time communication. We are also developing a SaaS and white-label platform to bring operational consistency and scalability across future centers and franchise partners. Our vision is to build a strong pet care infrastructure network across urban India through a scalable multi-format model. With strong customer retention, growing occupancy, and most of our business coming through word-of-mouth referrals, we believe Woofs-n-Wags is solving a real and fast-growing need in the evolving Indian pet care market.
