The idea comes from an existing behaviour where people frequently request friends, family members, students, professionals, NRIs or other travellers to bring products from another city or country. This behaviour is common, but it is currently informal, fragmented, trust dependent and difficult to coordinate. CashMiles aims to convert this behaviour into a structured marketplace. Users will be able to post product requests, while travellers on relevant routes can discover eligible requests and fulfil them in exchange for rewards. The platform is planned around route based matching, traveller verification, transaction governance, restricted item controls, OTP based delivery confirmation and escrow assisted payment flows. The business concept creates value for both sides. Consumers get better access to authentic products that may be expensive, unavailable or difficult to procure through existing channels. Travellers get an opportunity to earn rewards from trips they are already taking, without becoming full time logistics operators. CashMiles is designed to scale corridor by corridor across high demand domestic and international routes.
