Registered under MCA (CIN: U62011UP2026PTC248380) and recognized by DPIIT, our platform addresses critical pain points in the legal sector, particularly focusing on rural and semi-urban areas like Uttar Pradesh's 75 districts. Currently, citizens face immense challenges such as a lack of verified lawyer directories, forced physical court visits, and vulnerability to legal fraud. LawDalat solves this by onboarding only Bar Council ID-verified advocates, searchable by their specific legal specializations (covering 17+ types), state, and district courts. The platform features an online appointment booking system with integrated calendars, client ratings/reviews, real-time notifications, and an intuitive advocate dashboard for seamless booking management. Built on a robust tech stack using FlutterFlow and Firebase, our product is currently in the validation stage with 70-80% of development completed and 23+ core screens designed. Beyond the legal marketplace, Kartsho Solutions operates a multi-service ecosystem providing essential IT and digital services, GST filing, company registration, business counselling, and affordable legal education through Kartsho Academy. Our business model relies on highly affordable tier-based advocate subscriptions (Bronze, Silver, Gold), premium featured listings, and fee-per-project IT services. With a targeted multi-phase go-to-market strategy, we aim to scale from 5 initial districts to pan-India coverage, targeting a market share goal (SOM) of ₹1,050 Cr within the next 3 years.
