TatvaCore Solutions Private Limited is an AI company whose first product, TatvaShield, is a real-time fraud-intelligence platform built for India's UPI and Android ecosystem. TatvaShield fuses payment, device, communication, behavioural, social-media and beneficiary signals into one AI engine (rules + ML + graph intelligence + an explainable LLM layer) that warns, pauses or blocks risky actions before a payment completes, and produces clear reason codes and evidence.The same engine serves two markets. For consumers and families it runs as an app with warn-pause-block alerts, an Elderly Guardian Mode and trusted-contact approvals. For banks, fintechs and UPI apps it delivers a risk-score API, SDK and fraud dashboard. Revenue comes from paid family/senior protection plans (B2C) and API/SDK subscriptions and dashboards (B2B), with consumer evidence building credibility for bank pilots and bank data improving the model for consumers. The seed plan seeks INR 50 Lakh to build a fundable MVP, run a controlled beta and secure 1–2 institutional pilots, establishing a privacy-by-design, DPDP-aligned fraud-prevention layer that grows more defensible as fraud labels and pilot data accumulate.
