MyFixito is an AI-assisted home repair services platform focused on solving the problem of unorganized and unreliable repair services in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities. Currently, most households struggle to find trusted technicians, face price uncertainty, and experience delays due to the absence of structured service platforms outside metro cities. MyFixito addresses this by allowing customers to describe their repair problem instead of selecting a predefined service. The platform then matches the request with suitable technicians based on availability, skills, and location. We also focus on technician onboarding, service tracking, and structured workflows to bring standardization to a highly fragmented market. We have already validated the demand through manual operations, receiving over 351 customer enquiries, successfully completing 153 paid repair jobs, and onboarding 55 technicians. The company currently generates revenue through a commission model on completed services while working towards building a scalable mobile platform to automate operations. Our short-term goal is to complete MVP development, automate booking flows, and reach 400–500 completed jobs to strengthen product validation. Long term, MyFixito aims to build a technology infrastructure layer for home services in emerging cities by integrating AI-based problem classification, technician ranking systems, and data-driven service optimization. Our vision is to organize the fragmented repair services sector through technology, improve customer trust, and create sustainable earning opportunities for local technicians while building a scalable service marketplace.
