Farmers earn commodity prices — 30–50?low their crop's true value — while international buyers in GCC and Southeast Asia cannot authenticate GI origin, creating a trust deficit that kills export pricing power. GrainVeda solves this through three integrated pillars: 1. Direct Sourcing — We partner directly with farmers and FPOs, eliminating 4–6 intermediaries and delivering an estimated 25–35% income uplift to GI farmers. 2. Batch Traceability Technology — A signed, timestamped, tamper-evident database records every supply chain event from farm to foreign port — making GI origin verifiable and enforceable without blockchain complexity. 3. Export-Ready Market Linkage — GI-labelled, APEDA-compliant consumer and bulk packs, purpose-built for premium importers in UAE, Qatar, Singapore, Russia and beyond. Revenue comes from three streams: B2B bulk exports (70%), branded retail GI packs on Amazon/Flipkart (25%), and fee-based FPO documentation services (5%). By Year 4–5, GrainVeda will evolve into a SaaS traceability platform — a subscription model for agri-exporters needing batch-level documentation infrastructure across 25–30 GI crops. GrainVeda is DPIIT-recognised, IEC-registered, and APEDA-compliant — with a 4-member founding team combining agriculture, supply chain, banking, and rural development expertise. We are targeting ₹1.5–2 Cr in Year 1 revenue, scaling to ₹15 Cr by Year 3.
