GRADEguru is an Academic Operating System (AOS) designed to transform how higher education institutions manage academic governance, accreditation, and institutional performance. Currently, most colleges and universities operate with fragmented systems across academic delivery, assessment, administration, and accreditation. This leads to manual, reactive, and time-intensive processes for NAAC, NBA, and NIRF reporting, where data is compiled at the last moment from multiple disconnected sources. As a result, institutions lack real-time visibility into their performance, outcomes, and compliance readiness. GRADEguru addresses this challenge by providing a unified, cloud-based platform that integrates academic workflows, outcome tracking, and structured accreditation data management into a single system. It enables continuous mapping of institutional data to accreditation criteria, ensuring that compliance is not treated as a one-time activity but as an ongoing, structured process. The platform offers real-time dashboards, outcome-based analytics, and centralized evidence management, allowing institutions to monitor performance, identify gaps, and take corrective actions proactively. It supports IQACs, administrators, and institutional leadership with data-driven insights for decision-making and continuous quality improvement. By converting accreditation from a reactive documentation exercise into a continuous governance and performance tracking system, GRADEguru reduces administrative burden while improving transparency and institutional efficiency. The product is currently being validated through pilot deployments in engineering institutions and is designed to scale across colleges and universities. The long-term vision is to establish a standardized, data-driven academic governance framework that aligns with national education policies and enables institutions to operate with greater accountability, efficiency, and strategic clarity.
