EarthSaathi is a climate-tech startup focused on making carbon capture and biogas upgrading more efficient, affordable, and scalable, especially for small and medium-scale industries. Across India, a large number of biogas plants and industrial units generate gas streams containing significant amounts of CO? along with methane. Due to limitations in current technologies, these systems often face high energy costs and methane losses, reducing both environmental and economic efficiency. At the same time, industries are under increasing pressure to reduce emissions and transition to cleaner fuels. Our solution is built around a proprietary solvent system called NS-Max, which enables efficient CO? removal at lower temperatures (below 90°C). This significantly reduces the energy required for regeneration compared to conventional systems. By improving separation efficiency, our technology also helps maximize methane recovery, allowing plants to produce high-purity biomethane suitable for fuel applications. We offer our solution as modular, easy-to-integrate systems that can be deployed at existing biogas plants, industrial gas streams, or post-PSA/VPSA setups. This reduces installation time and capital barriers for customers. Our business model includes technology licensing, engineering design, and system deployment, with future expansion into operations, carbon credit monetization, and CO? utilization products.
