TidyCars is a subscription-based doorstep car wash service delivering professional vehicle cleaning directly to the customer's parking location every morning between 6 AM and 10 AM. For a flat monthly fee of ₹999, subscribers receive 8 washes per month — comprising 2 full interior and exterior washes and 6 exterior-only washes — using our proprietary eco-spray formula that builds a cumulative hydrophobic, dust-resistant protective layer on the vehicle surface with repeated use. India's car washing industry remains almost entirely unorganized, with over 90?pendent on informal washers who offer no reliability, accountability, or scheduling consistency. TidyCars solves this through a technology-first approach. We have independently designed and deployed a complete operational platform, including a Smart Rotation-Based Assignment System that automatically matches washers to customers daily based on geographic zone, washer capacity, and rotation logic — preventing informal customer-washer side arrangements and ensuring fair, tamper-proof service delivery. The platform includes four live interfaces: an Admin Dashboard for operations management, a Washer Dashboard for field job tracking, a Customer Signup Portal, and a Customer Portal where subscribers can track wash history, upcoming schedules, and subscription status. The scheduling engine runs automatically via a daily cron job with zero manual intervention required. TidyCars currently operates in Lucknow with plans to expand across Uttar Pradesh's Tier-1 cities, followed by future expansion into other car related services and a branded eco-spray product line distributed through car dealerships. The company is bootstrapped, founded by two MBA students who independently built the entire technology stack from scratch.
