MedoPlus is a for-profit, technology-enabled healthcare company focused on improving primary healthcare access in rural and small-town India. We operate through a phygital (physical + digital) model that combines MedoPlus Clinics, trained village-based health workers, partner medical providers, and our proprietary technology platform to create an organised and reliable care ecosystem. Our MedoPlus Clinics serve as local healthcare access points providing doctor consultations, vision care, pharmacy services, lab sample collection and point-of-care diagnostic tests. By bringing essential services closer to communities, we reduce long-distance travel, income loss and delays in treatment. When medically required, patients are guided toward appropriate specialist consultations to ensure timely care. Technology is central to our model. The MedoPlus platform supports digital triage, electronic health records, appointment tracking and structured care follow-ups. This helps standardise processes across locations and ensures better continuity of care. Our trained health workers use digital tools to identify early symptoms, support families in understanding treatment options and encourage preventive healthcare, especially for women, elderly individuals and people managing chronic conditions. In addition to healthcare delivery, MedoPlus creates livelihood and employability opportunities for rural health workers through structured training, digital enablement and performance-linked earning models. Our goal is to build a scalable, sustainable and impact-driven healthcare network designed specifically for underserved geographies.
