We make the process clear, fast, and trackable from start to finish. Vendors create a digital store on Printila. They choose a subscription plan that fits their size and capabilities, list what they can do (screen printing, embroidery, DTG, DTF, sublimation, laser, MOQ, lead times), set their weekly capacity, and upload sample photos and compliance documents. Buyers submit a short brief or pick from ready product templates. Our system turns the brief into clear specifications, shows an instant price range and timeline, and sends a request for quotes to the right vendors based on capability, location, and open capacity. Everything then runs on the platform: competitive quotes, digital design proofs, purchase orders, production updates with quality checkpoints, shipping labels, and safe payments. Money is kept in escrow and released to the vendor on delivery, which protects both sides. Buyers get dependable timelines and lower risks. Vendors get steady work, better cash flow, and tools that feel like a mini-ERP (calendar, job tracker, artwork library, and analytics). We earn from vendor subscriptions, a small fee on each order, and optional add-ons like asset libraries and procurement APIs.
